My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management and development of communities along the Kenyan Coast. I possess a wealth of community and institutional mobilization skills, experience and a proven ability of successful project planning, development, management, research, proposal development and fundraising skills; and consistently achieving significant year-on-year project targets. I believe that good team leadership and a hands-on approach to management brings increased project implementation outputs.
